“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are”
Carl Jung
hI, i’m KIM
What I offer is an open and inspired space that is warm, professional and supportive and focussed on helping you achieve your personal or professional goal(s).
If it is therapy that you are wanting : I bring loving presence and a wealth of experience, tools and strategies to the therapeutic space. If you are looking for someone who can meet you in your vulnerability and who is compassionate and committed to your health and wellbeing, and who is more interested in you and your unique strengths and struggles than in the diagnosis you may have, then we will be a good fit. In my view, a diagnosis is helpful if you are not limited by it, and are still able to see the possibility for your own growth.
When we are prepared to see the truth of the limitations we believe about ourselves we can move beyond them.
If it is coaching and professional growth you are wanting: I bring qualifications and a wealth of professional experience to the space. If you are looking for a coaching relationship that is warm, supportive, professional, focussed and clear, with a dash of humour from time to time then we can work together until you’re satisfied that you have sufficient momentum to continue without me!
It’s vital to cultivate resilience and strength to live and work well in a world that is deeply challenging.
You are someone who:
Is seeking to heal and/or grow - personally or professionally.
Is open to learning about yourself and looking honestly at what is, and is not working for you.
Is prepared to take responsibility for what is yours and open to learning about how to handle what is not!
Is possibly empathetic, sensitive and shut down, but keen to open up.
Has perhaps tried different therapies and walked away disappointed because it didn’t quite meet you where you are.
Is curious about the mind, body, soul and spirit connection.
Wants to learn how to support yourself and to stand on your own two feet, whilst also recognising the importance of community and belonging.
I am:
Willing to commit 100% to supporting you on your journey.
Brave, funny and passionate about doing whatever I can to help you.
Dedicated to growing your sense of empowerment.
Trusting of the therapeutic process.
Intuitive, very grounded, and Divine led (but not woo woo!)
Balanced, and compassionately honest.
Of the belief that we must connect to our light and learn about our shadow in order to heal.
Experienced (both professionally and personally)
Able to be truly present and listen from a place of non-judgement.

Who you are..
Every client is an individual with their own unique path.
Working with you
My job is to tune in, listen deeply, and support you on your journey.
Finding joy in life
Joy is a light that fills you with hope and faith and love, and creates health, success and true wellbeing.²
personal & spiritual growth
Being connected within yourself and with life promotes health and wellbeing. Feeling disconnected promotes imbalance and dis/ease. With courage you can find your way home.
TRAUMA
Feeling free to know what you know and feel what you feel within a broader context of love, without becoming overwhelmed, enraged, ashamed or collapsed.³
GRIEF
Giving sorrow a voice. The grief that does not speak knits up the o’er wrought heart and bids it break.⁴
