The Glen Forrest Experience

When you arrive, you'll be greeted by bird song and the calming presence of nature. The studio features comfortable seating, a treatment table for energy therapy, and shelves filled with creative arts materials. There's room to breathe, to create, to move, and to simply be.

My dogs can wander in and out (or not – your choice!). The environment itself becomes part of your therapy, supporting nervous system regulation through the healing power of nature.
